Dave, Jim, and the whole team at Keener Kraftsmen made our master bathroom remodel dreams come true. From the start Dave was responsive and punctual and realistic about what we could do. We wanted to remove a tub and make a bigger shower, but the bathroom window was something we didn’t know how to handle. Dave had great suggestions and we came up with a great design. The cost of plumbing wasn’t included in our quote, but we were set up with their preferred plumber who came in at a very reasonable cost considering once the subfloor came up we realized it was an entire plumbing redo.

The entire project came in just about bang on budget and we are so confident that all the work that Keener Kraftsmen did was done right. The entire project was well communicated and came in right on schedule. We’ve already got a quote for our next project we’re that pleased. We are very pleased with the rebuild of our front porch performed by Keener Kraftsmen. Dave and his team (Jim and Mike) were very professional, courteous, friendly, and punctual. Our wood porch boards, steps, and railings were replaced with Azek and TimberTech products and our columns and beams were wrapped in PVC. Two new railing systems were added to the step area. Their attention to detail and quality during the rebuild process was tremendous and Dave’s communication during the rebuild was much appreciated. Cleanup of the work area was performed each day. From the first visit to develop a proposal through the final walk through communication was top notch. Dave’s proposal was very detailed and any questions were answered promptly. Excellent contractor from the beginning to the end. Used Keener Kraftsmen for 1400sqft basement finish and 600sqft deck & roof project. Estimate was explained in detail with 10 page detailed plan. I asked other contractors for their estimate and got just one page, insufficient plan with more expensive estimate. No hidden fee; options and these fees were always clarified. These paper work was extremely trustworthy, and actually one of the most important points when I decided to go with the contractor. Prompt email and phone conversation. They always informed us of schedule beforehand and visited on time. During projects, they clean up after work every day.
