I was visiting from out of town and needed somewhere for the kids to burn their energy off. I found 'Lost In Fun' via TripAdvisor. It's summer time and my older two love to wear their flip flops. It was very convenient that the business sold socks for cheap. The kids overall had a great time. One of the many things that I as a parent/consumer didn’t like was the entrance/purchase set up. When you walk in, you’re kind of lost. They put up a sign for customers to go to the concession stand for purchasing day passes. You can’t really see that sign when you walk in being amazed by all the play equipment and the concession area from the entrance is being partially blocked which looks like a concession stand and not a place where you would purchase tickets, only food. Since the passes are good for the entire day, my family and I left to eat dinner, then come back. When we came back, we were treated by an older female employee (may have been the manager she could have been from about 40-50 years old) as if we were trying to defraud the business by letting our kids run off and play. They don’t have anyone checking bracelets at the front door. Initially when we came in, there was no one to greet us nor show us where to go. So coming back and being treated as we were in the wrong kind of pissed me off. I remember the woman stopping 1 out of 3 children to see if she were wearing her bracelet. First of all, my husband and I just told her that we paid to get in. Our baby took his bracelet off, so she proceeded to stop one of my children very rudely. She could have simply asked to see the receipt for proof of payment for day passes. At first my husband thought the woman grabbed our daughter, which I don’t remember seeing. I asked my daughter if that woman had grabbed her, she said no, she just touched her shoulder. That employee needs to keep her freaking hands off my kids or any other person’s kids. She needs to speak with the adults and obtain proof of payment. Also, if the business would have their employees checking people in from the entrance, there would have never been an issue and we would have never felt unwelcomed. Overall, in the end, all that matters is that all my kids had fun and they did. I would most likely go back if I were to travel to that area again. However, next time I will make sure things are handled properly. My biggest two points are validate your customer’s properly and keep your hands off my...
Read moreGood place for toddlers. I visited here with my kids because it was a cold winter day. My kids are one year and three years old, but here has a playground place that is for only five years or less kids. My fear is always that bigger kids run so fast and hit my kids, but the playground is very comfortable because of the age limitation. Entry Fee is around 10 dollars for each kid but one year or less and adults are free.I really like adults are free. You are not allowed to bring outside food or drink but I wish they allowed us to bring toddlers snacks because we don't usually give my kids average american snacks... But their food price are pretty reasonable, which is nice. Also you have to bring socks, You have to take kids shoes off but no socks are allowed, you might have to buy socks there if your kids don't wear socks. And there are some arcade games but you have to buy arcade game card, minimum price is 20 dollars if I remember right. A little expensive. My kids really wanted to play arcade games but they just need only one try.... Boy Bathroom prohibits girls entry.Vice versa.I was confused because I was only adult and my kids are boy and girl...I still don't know what I should have done. There is free wifi,,,.that is also so nice.
I wish annual pass about 270? was much cheaper...I don't think we will visit over ten tImes per year so annual pass is too expensive
Anyway, we definitely will revisit here many tImes. Overall great...
Read moreI honestly don't understand the negative reviews! People complaining about the cleanliness, prices, and safety! It is a guardians responsibility to watch and protect the children they bring. No equipment here is faulty or unsafe. It's just kids being kids and running around. Anything can happen anywhere. I love this place! My mom and I take my 4 year old nephew here all the time. He loves it so much and can spend hours even just jumping! The prices are not bad, no one complains when they take their children to McDonald's and spend almost 10$ on a happy meal! Hours of fun and experience for a kid is worth it. The food is really good and there are healthy options! How dare someone blame a facility for their kids getting sick the same day (which is not even possible). Germs are every where, there's risks going out anytime your around the masses. I am absolutely positive the equipment is cleaned before close. Employees are NOT going to go around spraying harmful chemicals while children are playing. Come on! If germs are that concerning for you don't go. Also don't go to schools, daycares, restaurants, the pools. O and if you do be sure to blame someone else! That's always the way to be. Ridiculous. 10/10 reviews for me. Most definitely will be back with my nephew who has a...
