I had read through the reviews for this location to be better prepared, study what to look out for and to see if there were suggestive solutions. The second we walked in, we were met with information we needed and friendly staff members who welcomed us in and interacted with the kids to amp the excitement. I heard complaints about the socks for purchase. Honestly, that’s a personal opinion, as for myself, as a parent who worries about germs and things my kids touch being sanitary.. I appreciate them. The socks also become a fun souvenir. I seen the complaint of not having enough seating for parents to observe.. I believe there is a sufficient amount of seating, but a lack of parents and their kids cleaning up after themselves.. leaving a ton of garbage at the tables can appear as that table being occupied by kids playing and planning to return.. I get it’s a kids domain but come on, at least try to put the water bottles in the garbage and not on the floor. I also seen and heard complaints about pricing, which I believe at first seemed like a lot, but after seeing the efforts of the staff, the amount of activities, and the in depth hands on the staff has to have in order for these activities to be opened, it’s a great price. Over all, I really enjoyed this place, I believe the staff is very under appreciated and could use more acknowledgement. There really wasn’t much I could genuinely find to complain about that doesn’t come with the territory of a ton of kids running around. I dub this as a must stop shop for sure!!!

While I do love the idea of this place, it can be very chaotic, especially during their busy times. I rarely see staff around to enforce the rules or check for safety. It also seems that some parents just let their children run wild without regard for their child's or other children's safety. I've seen too many times where kids are running around and into other people, especially smaller kiddos. Most of them don't even apologize and the ones that do say sorry are saying it so fast and aren't even stopping to make sure the other person is okay. I don't know if it's from being short-staffed or because the staff that do work there are kids themselves but it's just not as safe and fun as I hoped it to be. It's also always a mess with little to no sitting space for observation or eating. The bathrooms are filthy and the concessions can take a while to get. Now, with all that said, I do believe the cost of the membership is worth it, if you can muster up the courage to go more than 1 to 2 times a month. I also think the attraction options are pretty good, when they're open or not being hogged by bullies or bigger kids. I've definitely learned my limits though so I'll be hanging back and letting my boyfriend take the kids from now on.

Regardless of some negative people in the comments, it’s a great place to take your kiddos. It’s about their experience not the adults! Food is going to be pricey to include the drinks, there is a water fountain by the restrooms to use. They did appear to be a little understaffed but every business is now of days. All in all, it was very clean and reasonably priced due to the amount of space and lighting they use. They do have the right to boot ya out after 2 hours but that is based on the amount of people there. Only reason for the 4 stars is the time they are open, I wish they would open a little earlier to limit the crowd that gathers after they open. My son had a great time and it made me happy after he left saying he had a great time and he loved me! Well worth the money we spend!

Where do I get started? 😅 I walked in for a birthday party and this guy named Joseph was the host and he's so alpha Chad. It's so awesome! So in my experiences the staff are so poochina baddie. There's no traces of beta-ness in the park. Everything's either alpha or sigma. The ball pit is so sigma, rizz and rizz-tastic except for this one opp who was so annoying and just throwing ball pit balls at randos which was so beta skib. but if you ever see an annoying kid, bet, all you have to do is take some ball pit balls for yourself and throw it at them. But then if they get out of the ballpit you run away. anywho, the trampoline was so baddie (which is a good thing BTW for you gen x parents reading this no offense like why are you guys still reading the parentheses like stop reading them. I thought people skipped them anyways, not very preppy I would just look for the end of the parentheses if you know the word alr). And then the thing, the super bouncy trampolines are so bouncy and IDK why but they're just so sigma rizz like that. Also if you see random teenagers that lose their phone, make sure you take a selfie with it before you return it to lost in found. I hope you're not a very like dedicated reader because I don't want you to read this but I'm not capping I'm sad cuz I can't do a front flip or backflip there's like so many places to do them and like it's kind of sad like waaaaa waaa😭I'm like a bit beta skibibi. Not To mention the tasty zipilly line is so fire which is so tasty and don't forget the tasty rock climbing which is also so tasty. If you like being like thrilled you should totally do the sky course or whatever cuz like that's like tasty and scrum. Preppilicious indeed. and like I recommend sitting down on the sky course. It's just fun like that. One time I got stuck on it the like I didn't get stuck but like I have to like walk on air to get off and I didn't like it well. Otherwise it's kind of preppy đŸ©·. But you goofy aahhs out there. If you don't go on the zip line or sky course, you're less than alpha. So anyways avoid the stinky Urban Air kids that are stinky because they are sometimes poonazi but always stay with your poochina friends. And yeah. Don't forget the cotton...

Went in to pick up my daughters check. After waiting 25 minutes, no big deal. The manager came (i know his name, but dont want to expose him.) He said, "i cannot find her check, can i pay you in cash?" As i had kids to get from school, i said yes. So he hands me an envelope with mkney and i head out. I get home and there is $408.00 in cash in there. I did not remember her working that many hours. So i go online and check her paystub, it says $100.34. So at that time i knew something was wrong, so I called Urban and spoke to the gentleman who gave me the cash, i told him what was wrong and we need to make this right, because this is another kids check. He then acted like I was the nuisance and told me he "mixed people up." And to bring it back. Ok?! I was going to, but this ain't my problem. But i am a decent human and made sure i went in right away. He still was very unprofessional as i went in. (Haven't heard of a job dishing out cash for checks anyway.) There are 99 employees at this location. So your kid has to fight to work. Not a good experience for her first job. As a mom of a newly 15 year old. She wanted to badly work for Urban air. Little did we know, you do not get a schedule. They email everyone hours and you have to fight to work those hours. The 2 months she worked there, she got 10 hours of work. She was working a shift asked to go to the restroom after being in one spot for 3 hours, she was told not to leave her spot. Ok cool? 4 hours, she went to the bathroom and got fired for leaving her area. Employees don't even get trained on harnesses, they watch a video and get put on it, hooking our kids up. We have got to do better...

Honestly, I had much higher expectations. Although there was quite a bit to do, 95% of the workers weren’t doing anything and we were doing everything ourselves. Kids were doing whatever they wanted and breaking multiple multiple rules but the workers didn’t have the guts to say anything to them, especially when the parent was watching. Genuinely disappointed with the way this place was run. For example, there were 2 little kids that kept jumping into the airbag, then getting out and just kept going in front of us and jumping on the trampoline and continuing to jump in the pit meanwhile we were waiting next in line. Not only did the worker watch this happen, she decided not to say a single thing about it to the kid nor the parent that was watching and didn’t care whatsoever. My boyfriend did a FRONT flip with a very slight angle and the girl had the audacity to tell him not to do a back flip when it very clearly was not. Of course we gave attitude back considering she was was wrong and most definitely doing a terrible job at controlling the children in any way at all. Moving on from that, We were going on the zip line and one guy just pushed us off the platform without saying anything while we were still going towards the edge. I had no idea where the ropes to hang on to were so I had to hang on to my harness while trying to maneuver in midair to find the ropes. After a rotation change, I gave the zipline another chance and the next worker was much better and asked if We were ready and handed us the ropes to hold on to. Of all the workers there, there were only about 3-4...
