We drove into the drive thru and there were 3 cars in front of us and two cars came up behind a few seconds later. We were sitting there for 10 minutes and no one was moving. This was Saturday July 15th @ 6:45. We had plans that evening at a certain time and wanted to grab some food that was quick. We couldn’t understand what was taking so long since we hadn’t moved for another 10 minutes. Finally the cars moved through and it’s our turn to order, but no one will take our order and there was nothing on the marquee. We started to yell into the speaker and nothing. I finally told my husband to just go around and give our order at the window since we are running late now. We get to the window and a little sign stating they are closed for employee appreciation. I was pretty upset because I just wasted 30 minutes to find out that they’re closed! We could not believe that they are closed on a Saturday night, and now we have to try to find something else to eat. Why would you not put a big sign on the marquee stating you are closed and it’s at all locations?????? We drove all the way over to 84th and holdrege and that one was closed as well. Read moreEverything is smaller. They're not near as good as they use to be. Got 2 runzas, one with mushrooms and one with cheese. Both were broke in half like only cheese on one half like they stuck a piece of cheese in it. whole Slice on one half. Got a large fry 12 fries total.. Took it back, young guy got condescending.. Told me to pull forward. Waited 25 minutes called the store 2 times from Parking lot.. Never did get my food, plus... He took my original.. I'm permanently disabled was stuck in my vehicle or I would of went in and taught him a lesson.. I will not eat there again. Hell I'm not eating at Runza for along time. I order from them 3 times a week. $20 to $30 a time.. I'll take my business elsewhere..You know what pisses me off the most. I could see him and two other workers laughing. Read moreDaughter got the cheeseburger meal and I got the double cheeseburger sandwich only. The cashier rang up a double cheese burger meal and cheese burger only. Which ended up charging after taxes and all, it was .96 in runza favor. I don’t feel this is right or fair. Manager stated that’s how we do it here. Well for Here that’s for one not right and two not Fair to the customer. To price all out individually when on the board it state meal combined prices not individual or all separate. Asked manager for cooperative # and he acted like he didn’t understand my request, took over a half hour for my request so we just left. I’ll happily take my business...
