Nail Time — Attraction in Little Ferry

I "was" a customer up until yesterday. The man that works there is rude, yells (not greet) at customers as soon as you open the door and discriminates against customers for no good reason. If not for the good work the nice ladies did there I would have been gone a long time ago but yesterday he went too far. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. Again he yelled at me as soon as I opened the door, then after picking a color I sat in an "OPEN" pedicure chair and ask the lady if I should sit there and she nodded me in. He then came over and told me to get out of the chair that a "customer" was coming for that chair. I was absolutely stunned, was I not a paying customer too?? Was their money greener than mine?? Based on my twice a month services this salon now lost $1,500+ of annual income based on his actions. I will miss the nice ladies but certainly not him. I hope they get together and either get him out or get him into some good customer service training. Either way after dealing with him for over a year and what happened yesterday, I will never return to that shop again. No one should be treated that way especially when you are paying for a service just the same as...

This is my favorite nail salon!! I live in town and have been going here for years. I don't usually write reviews but have been meaning to write one for Nail Time so others can see what a great and clean professional establishment they are.

My usual is fill in with Julie and Pedicure with whoever is available. I don't ask for anyone else, but have had my nails done by all 3 nail technicians who i highly recommend to all. Besides the fact that I'm a retired nail technician myself so you can imagine my expectations.

But what makes a business shine and popular is it's owner "Sonny" very sweet and kind man. Sonny is very accommodating and always there to be helpful which shows true dedication to his business. Thank you for always finding a way to squeeze me in for an appointment and never Turing me away to go...

I have been visiting Nail Time for years and always have an absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes me feel right at home. The nail technicians are highly skilled and deliver exceptional results. The salon itself is clean, inviting, and had a relaxing atmosphere.
