I don't even know where to begin with this place. This place is what one may call a "No-tell Motel" ( A motel to have sex in) I had made a reservation to stay here for 2 nights but that was quickly cut short due to everything that I experienced in the span of 1 night. When I arrived to my room I was completely disgusted with literally everything inside the room. The walls had multiple holes in them, everything looked beyond dirty, and none of the power outlets were working. I made a complaint about this and was switched to the room next door, which was equally as filthy. First I had trouble with the key that was not allowing me to open my door. Once I was actually inside the new bedroom I quickly realized that every room was just as nasty as the first room I was placed in. The new room had toes nails on the floor, lots of holes in the bed sheets, and there were stains all over the floors and chairs, and had a visually broken buiro. I didn't even want to stay the night but I had already paid for both nights. Due to my discomfort of even setting foot into the room again I decided to spend my night in my car in the parking lot, where a few odd things occurred. While I was in my car I saw 2 rooms get used by different couples almost every hour, which was very odd to me because I was forced to make a reservation a month ahead because rooms would be booked for the weekend I planned to stay. I saw a prostitute going into one of the rooms with a man. I also saw a man standing at his door completely naked waiting for someone who arrived about 10 minutes later. After finally being able to catch some sleep in my car for about 15 minutes... I was woken up from hearing a group of people that were going into one of the rooms. They clearly did not care what they were doing and left their door wide open for anyone passing by to see. When one of the men saw me he quickly closed the door and started peeking out of the curtain to look at me in my car. I am 99.9% sure that whatever is going on in this motel is definitely illegal and should be reported. The following morning I immediately went to the office and demanded a partial refund for the second night that I was definitely not going to stay. Other customers were checking out because of very similar issues. The employee denied me twice about getting my refund for the second night but quickly changed his mind after I had told him that I knew whatever was going was illegal. That obviously frightened him because he knew it was true and automatically gave me a partial refund for the second night. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know, not even if they were in desperate need of a place to stay. It is...
Read morePLEASE KEEP OUT!!!! I’ve never written a review whether it’s good or bad but this place right here deserves that and more . I went there for an overnight , the first room we got there was no water at all , the bathtub was dirty and the bed frame was on the ground so we wanted to leave within 5 mins but unfortunately they didn’t want to refund us they just changed our room. Keep in mind that he swore the next room was the best room but that wasn’t the case . The 2nd room was even worse but there was water although there was dead insects on the pillow and carpet was super dirty and even saw a roach in the bathroom. We didn’t want to lose the money so we ended up staying . In the middle of the night I started itching out of nowhere we turned in the lights and say 3 bed bugs on the back board on the wall and on the mattress and that there was my limit. I went to complain and he had the nerve to say that we used the room and no refund but offered to change the room . Obviously I declined told him a couple of truths and left I didn’t care about the money but never ever again will I ever go there and I advise you to do the same . Also please I don’t want a comment back from the owner because they might promise change as they’ve done in previous reviews but we all know that they are not going to do any changes .The customer service front desk attendant was so rude and obnoxious. Please think twice before you book there the bedbugs are hard to get rid off and multiply quickly if you do bring them home . One last thing the fire detector is...
Read moreThis hotel, in its heyday, must have been very attractive. The rooms are sizable, but very rundown and barely serviceable as overnight accommodations. Avoid the second floor if you have luggage; outside walk-up only. The hotel location and parking are good.||||The room needs many repairs. Although the front door has been retrofitted with new-style electronic card locks, the appearance is very poor. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Some light bulbs are out. The water fixture on the sink was very loose. The coffee maker didn't work. The remote for the TV didn't work and it took a lot of fiddling around to finally find channels. The bathtub is old-style and slick on the bottom. It needs a non-slick coating applied. In general, the room, including the bathroom, just has a shoddy appearance and needs a major overhaul. Don't expect the "free breakfast". The lobby is a tiny building. When I checked out, I saw one table at the far end of the very small room that comprises the only "guest" space by the "front desk". There was a table with one or two chairs piled on top of it. And COVID would no excuse for no breakfast. If they had anything setup, it would be unworkable.||||On the plus side, the bed, including the pillows, was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. If you're looking for economy and no frills, this is fine. If you want a hotel where everything looks good and works, spend a little more and stay...
