Rural Oklahoma Museum of Poetry — Attraction in Locust Grove

Oh I'd say about the year 2003 mabey ,,I may be wrong about the exact date,year,,I wrote a poem for a poetry contest add that I found in my local newspaper called the ADVOCATE,,in Lawrenceburg Tennessee and to my surprise not only did my poem get published , but also received a copyright,,as well as the certificate of authenticity from the staff at the Pennsylvania museum of poems..to this date,,01/09/2023 to my knowledge the museum still has my poem in print on display..poem is entitled,,,FRIENDS I AM DAVID ALLEN PRENTICE LAWRENCEBURG TENNESSEE THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO SHARE....THANKS ALOT FOLKS.. ITS...

What an awesome idea and way to share. It was adorable and inspired me to have something like this in my classroom. What a treasure to find in such a remote place. There should be more of these! I visited with a friend who was too hot to stay long with me in the museum. I didn't meet anyone there, we gave ourselves a tour and left a donation. We joked driving up to ROMP that it would make a wonderful start to a scary movie. Thank you for helping ignite...
