AutoDV8ions Sound Security & Tint — Attraction in Logan Township

I have been a customer of Chris and his businesses for the last 20 years or so. He has always treated me top notch. Recently I had windows tinted, a dash cam installed and a spacer kit installed to raise the seat in my new car. When I called, I didn't talk to Chris about the seat spacer, and so when I got the car back, it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but it was my fault because I was busy and didn't explicitly explain what I wanted. My point is that I was the one who technically made the mistake, but without any hesitation Chris offered to take the vehicle back inside and make that small issue right IMMEDIATELY. My schedule didn't allow for it, but he told me to come back whenever convenient for me. I came back a few days later, I didn't have to make an appointment, and he took my car back within a minute of me being there, and then had me back out on the road in under 10 minutes. I am also a small business owner, so i know the ins and outs of running a business and how hard it is to be a small business while maintaining great customer service. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

Terrible business owner. Blocked out access from its neighbor business. Can't allow myself and my notary customers access to a restroom. Goes to show how he acts as a person himself. I love the response from Chris the owner. He is now putting the blame on the landlord and not take his own actions. And as feedback was given already to build out a wall outside that door to have a restroom. And with your comfort and safety part you tried to attacked me outside my office.
