Greenwood Steakhouse — Restaurant in Logan Township

The BEST!! We eat here at least 2-3 times a month. we love their steak sandwiches 🥪 their homemade salad 🥗😋 dressing is awesome. We have lunch sometimes & dinner sometimes. My favorite dinner is their homemade salmon cakes!! yumm😋 The prices are very reasonable!! We've been going here to eat for 25+ years & have known the owners, Which they recently sold it to the current owners who have made alot of improvements to the restaurant atmosphere which I just love & the Guys who own it now are very involved with their customers the come out & talk with them & are Awesome!! I recommend this place highly for their food that has been that same GREAT FOOD for generations that has been passed down to each owner!! Harry Ketrow was the original owner & the owners, now Dave & Adam maintain the same amazing quality food that is still the same after all these years!! Harry should be proud of these two new owners!! I drive by here when driving to and from work, but never stopped by before now. We were in the area running errands, and hadn't had lunch, so thought we's give it a shot. I got the steak salad which had minute steak on it, instead of a higher quality steak I've had at other restaurants. The "steak" seemed a little undercooked as well. There was also much too much shredded cheese on the salad for my taste. My oldest daughter had the chicken tenders, and my wife had the fried fish, and both said they were overdone and dry. The four family members who had fries as part of their meal all said they were overcooked as well. Two of the kids had burgers (a bacon cheeseburger and a pizza burger). Overall they were pleased with them, but both mentioned that other places where they like the burgers much better.

I've been there twice within the last few months and both times my food wasn't good. The first time there was a hair in my food and the second time my sandwich had onions and lettuce when it wasn't supposed to. The second time was frustrating because they knew the screwed up and tried to scrape the onions and lettuce off of my sandwich. Well they didn't go a good job and the sauteed onions left a bad taste. After some eyerolls and the cook and server complained I finally got a new sandwich but it didn't come until after my family was already done eating.
