I tried the Bone Dry, Pink Lady, and the Heritage. They were on the dry to semi-Sweet side, which I prefer allowing the flavors and complexity to shine through without being masked by sweetness. All were excellent but the Pink Lady really stood out. I got bottles of the Virginia Crab and Strawberry Ginger and can't wait to get them open.
It was fun learning about the apples and how different varieties contribute to the flavor experience.

Each one was full of unique beautiful cider flavors. Having had the opportunity to chat for a minute with the owner Ben about his ciders and hear the back story was awesome. As a dry cider each one had tart and dry notes just as described in the menu.
We paired with a couple different meals, Turkey Avacado burgers and Bratwurst. I think you could pair them with any meal and they would be amazing! Looking forward to stopping in again to reload!
