I completed 15 out of 30 days and just ordered my second bottle. Honestly, I was not expecting anything. I’ve tried so many things that promise results and nothing ever works or helps. So I started this without expectations. I suffer from chronic back pain from several back surgeries. I am always fatigued. I also have gut issues. I have severe insomnia. I noticed just after soaking my feet In a glass baking dish for 45 minutes every night, after just a couple of days I was waking up without my normal excruciating back pain. I felt more alter. I just finished day 18 of the 30 day soak challenge and I have to say I love this product. I’ve taken magnesium supplements before and wasn’t absorbing well I don’t think.

The main thing I noticed the first week of the product was that I had NO PMS. None. I struggle with pcos and as I entered pmdd, and had been taking maca which was helping but was still feeling sick before my period and though not horribly sad still low mood. The first 8 days of this and I literally didn’t have any symptoms at all except a little fatigue.

I also think my sleep is a little deeper: I still wake up some but I’m ok with it as it’s only been a couple weeks.
