They're still working out kinks as they haven't done their big grand opening, or at least that's my hope. I'd recommend waiting to go until they've found their groove and the excitement over a new spot dies down. Also, go through drive through so they can't forget about you and your order as easily.
I've ordered once through the drive through and had a decent experience. But today I went inside and had a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. I placed an order to go and got my sandwiches and two drinks quickly, but was waiting on one more. I waited another 20 minutes before asking about my missing drink, and was rudely brushed off with a statement that they were busy and they'd get to me (which I get how easily it is to get overwhelmed in such a busy environment, but I also think patience and kindness can be returned when it is given). I waited another 10 before the same worker asked me abruptly what drink I had. By the time I left, it'd been close to 50 minutes since I'd walked in. I left with lukewarm sandwiches, and two wrong drinks that were also lukewarm.
It might be a long time before I go back, and I hope no one else has a similar experience before they figure out how to efficiently operate. In the meantime, consider some of the amazing local coffee shops who are always friendly and kind, even while...
Read moreThe barista should not be asking me how many pumps of syrup I want in my drink - I have no idea what the standard is for a drink here. The flavors available should also be listed on the drive thru menu outside. The poor girl inside had to read every single flavor off to me, which increased wait time for us and the people behind us. I know this place is new, but đŹ
We got our coffees and all three were absolutely awful. I asked for extra ice, three pumps of caramel and caramel drizzle. I didnât get extra ice or caramel drizzle, and it definitely doesnât taste like 3 pumps of syrup is the standard, which is what the girl inside told me. The coffee was bland and not sweet. I always like to give places a second chance, but $20 for 3 gross coffees is a nope from me.
Editing to add: just to be clear, I didnât âpick a drink I didnât likeâ. I worked as a barista for years. I picked a latte with extra ice and 3 pumps of syrup. It was gross. All 3 of our drinks were still warm when we got them, ice melted, and next to no sweetener. The barista forgot the caramel drizzle we asked for entirely - Iâm willing to bet we were charged for it regardless, but she did not give us a receipt, so I have no...
Read moreWe were driving through Logan , UT & saw the new Beans & Brew. We went inside and the atmosphere was beyond amazing. It was clean & had many comfortable tables & booths to sit at. We didnât know what to order because we werenât sure what we wanted so we went up to the counter and the couple of employees that were standing at the register were more than helpful with explaining what they had for food & drinks. Even one of the cooks came out from the back and helped us decide on which sandwich that we would like the best by explaining to us what each one had on it. When we received our food/drinks, we couldnât even believe the quality of this store compared to any of the other ones weâve been to along with the help that we needed. We fully intend to go back anytime that we are in the area and might purposely even go there when weâre out for a drive one day. Also, the bathrooms were spacious and so clean! We donât always have this exceptional experience at very many places anymore, and they far exceeded our...
