I had a good time, I visited with my father and my three grandchildren. Ages 6,5 and 3. We did the normal ate went on rides bought from vendors. Watched the tractor pull. It was nostalgic. My grandchildren won goldfish from a lovely woman at one of the games she was very pleasant and even directed us to other games that were age appropriate for the kids. I one a poster like when I was a teenager. A vendor tried to rip me off by not giving me my change from a purchase she clearly knew what she was doing, and she and her helper were not very friendly with the kids I only purchased from her because the children were so excited to get a cowgirl hat and I wanted them to enjoy themselves. The veterans God bless them for their service had a food stand with the best prices, great food and amazing service. We enjoyed lunch and dinner with them. They were exceptional! However it was a Saturday and half the rides were not running and that’s the reason for the 3 stars. All in all it wasn’t terrible but the presentation could use some work there wasn’t any game workers hyping up the venue. But they did have good entertainment and good food stands throughout.

It always has something going on to help the community plenty of space and things to see and do, and with a crowd everyone looks out for everyone no worries of your child or children getting lost they're sheriff's at the entrance and any other way of getting in always has a person there or is locked up . Police presence is always close by for emergency purposes and the fair is a lot of fun.

Vacationing from the north so this was a first for us. Parking was a bit of a struggle but made it work. Loved that there was vendors and a really good show! Wasn’t too bad getting out of the grounds either. But of a wait but to be expected.

Hippie Fest was huge with bright signs, peace and love everywhere. There were tons of hippie inspired things to buy, see, eat and do. However I thought having the entrance gate on the complete opposite side of the majority of the parking lots was not cool. Especially with no tram or wagon available to transport festival goers. I saw no seating available or shade. By the time I walked from my car to the festival in the 90⁰+ heat I was hot and ready to sit. The ground was my only option. I would not have been able to tote a chair if I wanted to. Not senior friendly that I saw. Remember the hippie generation began over 60 years ago. We are older and could use some compassion with our health concerns. If I return next year I will make several changes. Beginning with bribing the parking lot attendants. So sorry this is so negative but I rarely get...

They have the audacity to charge pit pass for motocross (big no no) without even having enough pit parking for everyone. Very poorly managed with unintelligent staff on a power trip. Will not be returning, and I'll encourage everyone I know to stay away (just about everyone that attends the fair motocross) Hope your $10 was worth it, you are losing FAR more in the long run. Fair is nothing...
