Had we been taking fully care of the rating would have been much better.

We thought you were open until 10 on a Saturday we didn’t know since lights was on.

However not a soul besides us in the drive thru and no one inside.

Girl took our order was nice. We ordered. Paid was given our food. We check our bag to be sure we had everything to find no plastic ware no butter no napkins. Tried to gently get someone’s attention no luck so tooted our horn. Nothing. So blew the horn. Young man come over doesn’t give us barely a chance to say what we needed. We got fork out before he slams the door. Toot the horn nothing so I blew the horn he comes back we got out butter before he slams the door back on us. So then he hands our stuff to the girl. I said so he didn’t want to give it to us knowing he was gonna get chewed out? She laughed she said he’s busy. We didn’t dare ask for napkins. But I told her you are never too busy to take care of a paying customer. That’s your job! What he did was unacceptable. Not too busy to take our money but too busy to take care of us. How was I supposed to eat Mac and cheese and green beans without silverware like a caveman with my hands I guess. Your employees needs trained how to take care of customers. [UPDATE A YEAR LATER] just got the best mashed potatoes you could ever recieve! Just powder! It's great! That's what the drink must be for! I never knew! No but all jokes aside. I've went to this place since I was a kid. All i ever remember for over 10 years now is failure to complete an order. Its not just me. I will go and not only does everyone park right there at the end of the drive through everytime to check there food, but the amount of times I've just watched people simply drive away? Is corporate even real? All the 5 star reviews aren't even from Google. They're all from food guru if you have even ever heard of it. Don't go here. And if you do. Report your real experience so we can fix this. Because they don't care obviously.

My second stop there in a little over a month and both times the chicken was pretty much raw and undercooked I know you get busy every once in awhile but maybe think ahead and please cook your chicken to likeness if you wouldn't eat it what makes you think I want you I ordered the big box all white meat they didn't have white meat all they have is dark meat because they were out of white so I went ahead and got the dark meat and then when I came home it was pretty much undercooked because it was a weekend and they didn't have enough stuff prepared and everybody was scrambling I would have been fine with chicken tenders or something if you would have offered it and then I got the wrong size I was supposed to have coleslaw and macaroni and cheese and I ended up getting green beans and mashed potatoes that used to be a really great place to eat at but within the last couple months I've been there it's...
