Lakeview Beach — Attraction in Lorain

This beach is a great place to enjoy your day just sitting watching the waves, walking on the sand, or just propping up a chair and having a quick lunch. Stay and watch a sunset. The beach is split into two sections, East Beach and West Beach. The East side of the beach has swimming with lifeguards on duty. The West side of the beach, however, has no swimming due to the rocks and breakwall. There is a fairly huge beach with clean, nice white sand. There are no dogs allowed on the beach. Also enjoyed the rose garden. Walk and enjoy the smells of this beautiful garden. There is also a fountain in the middle of the park with benches all around the fountain. What can I say about this place well a lot actually I've been coming here since I was a kid and love it here for numerous reasons one the view at sunset and of the beach in general is amazing with the Lorain lighthouse just slightly east of the park is cool by itself but then they also have a large rose garden which is awesome when they are in full bloom and the fragrance is simply amazing then they have their larger basket at the main entrance and I have to mention the big fountain in the middle of the park especially after sunset it lights up in different colors and patterns it really is a treasure for the local area I be back as often...

What a beautiful place it is, it is impossible to express in words…. Park of fragrant roses, you walk and enjoy such a smell that it is impossible to tear yourself away. A beautiful fountain, benches, tables and a beautiful beach. The beach has a playground, clean sand and a beautiful view of the lake, fresh air. We were in this place for 5 hours and the time flew by imperceptibly, the children have a place to play and run, but the adults can rest peacefully. Summer is starting and we will definitely come here to rest....
