Benevolence Health Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

It's been 5 weeks since I got blood work done for a pregnancy test for the first time as well as blood work to check for a couple of things, something I've done at another BHC location before to make sure my health is still on track given my own health history, which also requires me to receive booster shots of certain vaccines every couple of years. I also requested a referral to a specialist. I have yet to get any results and the referral, and I guess I can forget about the booster shots. Typically at the other location and other clinics I've gone to, referrals and results have taken no more than 2 weeks to get (except for a pregnancy test which should take no more than 2 days). Here, it's been 5 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've called more times than I can count for the last couple of weeks to get some sort of update or explanation, but each and every time I call I'm sent straight to the office's answering machine to leave a voicemail. This location is no cakewalk for me, so it's not as easy as going down there to get some answers myself, and the only reason I made an appointment here instead of at my usual location is because my PCP (who works at various BHC locations depending on the day) was supposedly going to be here for me to see that day. Instead I was seen by a different doctor who laughed at my face repeatedly over my concerns simply because of my age. I'm young, but I've learned which questions to ask at a doctor's office so that I'm not given a half-assed prescription and sent on my way in under 10 minutes. If you need a nurse or doctor who will take you seriously and get back to you within the appropriate time-frame, thereby helping you sleep soundly at night, seriously reconsider going elsewhere and don't waste your time here. Most Horrible experience ever!!! Would not recommend anybody to come here! Came very sick left very angry! Nurses are unfriendly and doctors was very fast and uncaring. Prescribed wrong medicine. Worst clinic ever. If able to avoid please do. Receive better service at Centinela Hospital than this clinic. Was very unprofessional. I was not treated like a human being. I've never been to a doctor's office that i had to go to more than TWICE to receive correct medicine for a simple flu!!!!! Was very unsanitary, the walls and seats were dirty.
