There’s no parking at the top of the hill-be prepared to walk up the steep hill, and then up the steps. Cool plants and trees and flowers along the way. Good / distant-looking view. There is also a magical looking dog that lives in the yard of one of the homes atop the stairs. Good way to spend a half hour if you’re adventuring...

Eldred Street is one of the steepest streets in the country with over 30 degree incline. The stairs at the end of the street is even steeper and takes you to a hilltop with a decent view. The stairs aren't super long but definitely take some effort to climb so...
