What a great store! I've bought several of their gorgeous pieces, and I always get a million compliments when I wear them. Their clothes are flattering and impeccably made. I usually gravitate toward solids rather than prints, but their prints are so tasteful and beautiful that they might have converted me ;) On top of that, their stuff is sustainably made, so I feel good about shopping there. And on top of that, they have incredible customer service. I had an issue with my order (no fault of theirs) and their customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. The first order I made from them, the stitching was coming apart. But I wanted to give them another shot, so I ordered a second time. On my second order, I had it insured because it was more pricey. I received it, but it didn't fit so I exchanged it. The exchange never got to me. It took me a while to get them to give me a refund. I guess they didn't see it was insured because it was an exchange. But, it did take me a few emails and evidence to prove my situation. I purchased two dresses online for a wedding. The first was immediately refunded because it was out of stock. The second was very long in the torso, so I returned the dress for a full refund. During that time, the first dress became available online so I re-ordered it and used a 15% off code that was available. When the dress came, it too was cut very long in the torso and was unwearable for my height. I requested a return, and was informed that since I used the 15% off code, I would only be entitled to store credit for a $175 dress. I will not be...
