Went for the Watermelon Festival- such a great weekend out! The only gripe is the parking for the event. I'm sure if going when a non huge event is occurring- the parking isn't an issue as I drive by often and don't ever see the parking lot full. But for the Watermelon Festival- it took about an hour to get in- they merged all the incoming lines into one row and then we all parked in the very very far back lot. Great location and lots of space but parking was a struggle for the event...

Another expansive park system in the Valley. Many options to explore, picnic, get your steps in and play. At least three distinctive sections that I saw but could be more. It is a large park. Bathrooms, water and typical park amenities. Very impressed with everything but the trash and refuse. Shopping cart pushed in to a creek.
