My local location is the one in Arleta but I was in the area and I stopped by yesterday at this location, the lady who assisted me was super friendly and as I was completing my order a customer that was about to pay threw a fit about the price of an item. The item was already prepared and the bag of chips he was going to purchase he had was open. He told the person assisting him in a loud voice never mind give me my money back I don’t want anything. I came here today and was waiting to order while another girl was ordering. I stood there patiently, being the only other person in the shop. There were two employees, and I was not aknowledged once. I assumed they were both busy, which is fine. As I was waiting a Spanish speaking couple came in the door and were immediately acknowledged. I ended up leaving without ever being spoken to by an employee. I felt dirty. Luckily there are plenty of other palaterias which are more accomodating to English...

Great ice cream parlor, wide variety of flavours, great taste, and a good amount in quantity. I’ve had their Mangonada, 2 scoops of ice cream, and their elotes. All tastes great, just a tidy bit pricey and a bit small. Sometimes it gets confusing who’s in line and who isn’t, but that isn’t a big issue.
