Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If I could give zero stars I would. I recently visited Habit Burger in Sylmar for the first time and had a very unpleasant experience, largely due to an employee named Mary. I usually don’t name names, but this situation needs to be addressed. The food was subpar — tasted old, definitely not fresh, which was already disappointing. However, what truly ruined the experience was the employees attitude.

I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, so I remained polite and thought maybe she was just having a rough day. But after reading other Yelp reviews, it seems this wasn’t an isolated incident. When I simply asked for my order to be repeated, her attitude was dismissive and full of unnecessary hostility. I had to fully drive back because my order was missing. Not organized, felt like she didn’t wanna be there.

It’s pretty clear customer service isn’t a priority here, I’m not sure what the management is going here but they should definitely fix this issue, it’s horrible ruins customers experience even if the food turns out to be good. If you’re looking for a better experience, save yourself the trouble and head to the La Cañada location instead — the staff there is much friendlier and the food is always fresh.

Luci was clearly not able to take an order. I had to go back after leaving the drive through because they completely missed an order for a burger and sweet fries. I had to go back go in and order another burger and sweet fries. After getting home with half of my food being cold, I found out that they made a mistake again. I received regular fries. Rather then the sweet fries. The food had wayy to much mayo and most of it was cold. She also made us wait about 5 minutes before ordering in the drive though although no one was infront of us. Girl first of all we pull up, it’s a drive thru!!!!! Like ain’t have to get out or anything. Order my delicious meal. Let me tell y’all and this is a location matter because that food was FIRE! I ate every bread, every patty, every cheese, every tomato, lettuce, pickle, mayo?! I ordered half fries and half onion rings, THEY WAS CRUNCHY!!
