Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Los Angeles

Not happy with the customer service at this location. After waiting in the return line for 15 mins about, the girl didn't want to return a men's fragrance i bought at a different location. I had my receipt, she said no got the manager she said no. That FRAGRANCES can not be turned , i told the manager lady it don't say that on the receipt , and i even Explained to manager . Lady that i have over a 100 bottles of men's fragrances i would hate to have to keep this fragrance knowing i will never wear it .she didn't care I even ask for store credit , i would of bought another fragrance probably cost more then the store credit , so not only did this manager lady lose a sale but she also lost a customer won't but nothing's from this Ross i will use this Ross for all my future returns only.. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The employees don't great you when you get to the register, they are just talking between each other, they are just gossiping about other employees and taking behind their back, extremely unrespectful for their other co-workers and for the customer, there is not need for us to know their dirty laundry, they are extremely rude, and when you ask them a question they just rolled their eyes at you and gives you attitud. Store overall is really unorganized, shoes and clothes on the floor. I hope you are extremely skinny if you are trying to get in between the rack of clothes, you can not go with your shopping cart because the is not enough space. The cashiers give you a different price when you buy there in some items. I bought a set of sheets on special price, and it was $15.00 for the set, then the cashier got upset when I was paying, she took the tag that was glue to them and put a different tag, she told me is $30.00 dollars if I want to buy those sheets for a bed instead S15.00. Both of the sheets were sold individually separated and she put a new tag on the other sheet , she told me if I want that sheet it cost me another $30.00 dollars .
