I would like to start off with something positive the store is clean and relatively organized for it being very very busy all the stuff seem to be courteous to a point. While shopping I picked up one too many things that my arms could not handle and asked a staff member cuz she radio for somebody to bring me a basket from the front she politely told me no that there was only one person on the floor and he had just left but she would watch my things while I go and retrieve the basket. I did however my items did not fit which consisted of a large long heavy rug pillows and two oversized pictures that I could not hold. I requested for assistance to she told me she could not and none of the other staff members could help. So I proceeded to drag everything to the front of the store to get in the long line, three staff members in uniform pass right by me and did not offer to help at all. I stopped one of them and asked could he be so kind as to help me take my heavy items to the front and he told me no he was not allowed to...and walked away. When I get to the front they were six s i x employees sorting through clothes organizing hangers and the original girl that I asked to help me bring my items to the front that could not help me is now in the front organizing hangers and clothes as well. I'm confused, am I not more important than the hangers. How about the merchandise. So Ross's policy is to allow the customer to drag large heavy items through the store with no assistance with a possibility of damaging items that have not yet been paid for. This is total neglect of customer service. I gave them three stars on cleanliness and semi organization ALONE. I was in Marshall's last night and only had a set of pillows in my hand and a staff member asked me could she get me a basket and when I said no I have it, she went all the way to the front and got a basket and came back to the back of the store. Now that's customer service I'm sorry I'm so disappointed...

Read moreI will not be coming to this Ross anymore. I came to buy a few household items and my toddler daughter needed to go to the restroom and they said they have none. I’m like you don’t have restrooms and the lady was like no public restroom . All the Ross stores I have gone to have some available for customers . As a parent I won’t be coming here again as I need a restroom available. They said I can go check the other stores to see if they have one. Like really. I just left my cart with things and left. It’s a family friendly store and kids don’t know how to wait if they need to go. For this primary reason I won’t be coming to...
