I had a very challenging situation at the end of last year with my electrical panel going up in flames on New Year's Eve.

My electrician quickly sprung into action and purchased a new electrical panel in order to solve the problem quickly. But after consultations with the LADWP Inspector and a Solar Advisor it turned out we needed a different panel which happened to be on back order. Sonic Electric would have been entitled to a 30% Restocking Fee for the already purchased panel as per their policy. But when I explained the challenging situation to their rep Pie, he clearly advised me how to quickly get in line for the back-ordered panel and very kindly agreed to waive the restocking fee. In our conversation, I found him to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, considerate and accommodating.
