I went to Jordan and his team knowing next to nothing about jewelry with a photo of an antique style engagement ring I had hoped to get made for my soon-to-be fiancé. Tabitha explained all the different aspects of the ring, how each factored into the appearance (and value/price), and helped me decide on the important factors to determine exactly what I wanted. I knew very little about diamonds or shapes coming in, and they took the time to be patient explaining every detail; I felt like an expert walking out.
