LA Nails — Attraction in Lower Allen

Scheduled a full set and pedicure for myself and a pedicure for my fiancé. He had no problem with his pedicure as the woman working on him took her time. The service upsell was a bit pushy. Mine was 6/10 only because the hot towel portion of the service was too hot burning my foot and I still have callus despite getting the callus treatment. Their cleanliness is a 0/10 as they use the same pumice on multiple clients and just spray pedicure tools with alcohol and put away. When it was time to get my full set I got a new woman who was rushing but everything was going good until she cut the length too short and I asked to remove the tips and start over- I wanted long nails. After expressing this she caught an attitude and started drilling on high speed to get the tips off- which hurt so bad ripping off my natural nail and burning me with the drill & I told her so (normal procedure is to soak in acetone to avoid damaging skin/nail) After getting all of the shorter tips off, she started to apply them for the 2nd time and they were all crooked. At this point it was clear her work was suffering due to the rushing and I stopped her as I was not going to pay or waste time on something I won’t be happy with. I proceeded to have her remove the 3 she just put on by soaking in acetone, paid, and left. Our total was $115 for a hot stone pedicure(his) and a spa pedicure with gel for me. Went here to get a gel pedi ($40) and will not be returning. First, the lady doing my toes did not open a new pack of tools so I’m not even sure if they were new and clean or being re-used from some previous customer. Second, she didn’t even really speak to me the entire time, maybe a word or two. She was sweet to my toddler though who had gotten her nails painted only. Third, I was honestly ok with the experience until the toe separator they use while painting your toes got PUT BACK IN THE DRAWER to likely be re-used for another customer. Eww. Lastly, if you’re like me and get a pedicure for the massage portion, definitely don’t bother. It was disappointing to say the least and it was basically just her rubbing lotion on my legs but trying to make it look like she was doing more. No thanks. Oh and a good solid reason not to return is there are nail clippings all over the floor. I mean, I understand they are constantly clipping nails but I feel like that is something that should be taken care if after each customer and not allowed to accumulate.

It's Mother's Day I thought I'd treat myself and take my younger sister with me to get my nails done and first the greeting was delayed I was just standing there then a guy comes up asking me what kind of polish I go pick my polish and go to seat 5 they said someone would be there shortly . This guy gets there and is rude no hello or anything he files my nails and puts the tips on , all of a sudden someone comes over and tells my sister to get out of her chair ... didn't ask tells her to get up and move because they needed her chair, so we look at each other and I say we'll can someone get her another chair it's gonna be a while before we are done , the guy doing my nails looks at me and says no why she need chair ?
