Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 overall: 4/5

order: filet and lobster tail with sautéed spinach and garlic whipped potatoes

Service: Wait staff seated us and waited us immediately. Came back after about 3 minutes to let us decide on drinks, then another 4 minutes to decide on food. Drinks came promptly (I ordered a smoked old fashioned, it came within 5 minutes of being ordered). Entrees arrived within 20 minutes of being ordered. Wait staff was polite and attentive.

Food:

Drink: smoked old fashioned was delicious and had great aroma. Very creative and presented well.

Entree: The Lobster tail was perfect, seasoning could have been more evenly coated across the lobster tail. The steak was delicious although it arrived slightly undercooked (ordered medium-rare, arrived rare). another member of my party ordered a medium-rare fillet and it arrived as ordered. The wait staff kindly request that the diners cut into the fillet to make sure it is cooked right, and if not it is taken back and cooked properly to the customer's liking. This is a good feature as it shows the kitchen cares about the quality of the food it puts out. Still, best to get it right the first time. The whipped potatoes were good but nothing special about them (Garnished well?). The sautéed spinach was poor. It arrived wet and soggy, swimming in it's own juice, and was bland. I declined to finish more than a few bites.

would arrive again, although next time I think I'll try something from their grilled fish menu, since that's what they are known for. overall...

Update: we had an opportunity to stop back in and things were much better. The Mahi and fish tacos we had were on point and the drinks came much quicker this time. The service was also much improved! Gabby was an awesome server.

Its been awhile since we have visited this location, so we thought it would be a nice treat. It was my daughters first time, so we were excited for her to try it. We were greeted right away by a waitress with water,, but she left before taking our drink order. When she did return we started with the notorious bang bang shrimp appraiser, peach martini, and a standard old fashioned, to avoid the $12+ smoked version.which was excellent. The waitress didn't ask me what bourbon I wanted, which I thought was odd for a place like Bonefish. I thought I'd let it roll and see how it was with whatever the bar came up with. The drinks took longer than expected, we were almost finished with our app before the bar drinks arrived. The peach martini was warm and my old fashioned was boozy. There was 1 cherry and the orange was pretty thin. For our entrées we had Mahi Mahi shrimp, blackened shrimp tacos, and the kids mac n' cheese. Sadly the mac n' cheese was the highlight of this course. The Mahi and the tacos were bland. Over all it was a bit of a disappointing evening. The waitress was friendly, but a little absent. I think it will be awhile before we come back, but at least the...

We were headed to the local Outback for dinner but due to backed up traffic we decided to have dinner at Bonefish Grille. We were greeted near the door and quickly ushered in to the dining room. Our server appeared quickly, introduced herself, took our drink orders and returned promptly with a couple of adult beverages. She then attended to other patrons while we decided upon our meal choices. The server actually wrote down our order on a pad which I was very happy to see. In the past we have had many many food orders that were brought to our table with incorrect or missing food choices. My fish & chips were some of the best battered cod fish filets I've ever eaten. The flavor was great, but the filets of flesh were thin. Unfortunately, my fries/chips were much much too over salted and I just couldn't eat them. My wife said that her salmon was good, but on the soft side, and the broccoli was under steamed. We also shared a bowl of the crab corn chowder which contained some good chunks of lump crab meat, but the peppery seasonings in the chowder overwhelmed the flavor of the crab and also the corn kernels. Overall, the food was better than most, but far from superior. Our server was very good, but not outstanding because I had to inquire about the crab chowder 3 times before it was finally brought...
