My husband loves playing Dek hockey, and has here for many years, through several leagues and travel teams, on several teams at the same time sometimes. I have been able to watch him for some time, but I refuse to pay the SAME amount of money for a “membership fee” that states “participants”. People on the side lines to support and cheer on our loved ones, as we dodge the smudges to even see the game, are not participating in anything other than team spirit. If they claim it’s for “security”, then there should be someone there for the protection of our children and the players, or a “background check” of sorts, anyone can come into a facility and take advantage of the “unsafe environment” for $3. There needs to be a policy written clearly, both online and inside the facility, and addressed in a professional manner. My husband was unable to leave a comment under his 1 Star review for some reason, called out for “trolling”-(very professional), so I decided to elaborate. I would be embarrassed responding back to reviews- publicly- in the tone/attitude they have been. Snarky retorts and clap backs are not how you gain points in customer service. An excuse for everything with no real plan in place. There are a lot of people loyal to this place, and sadly you are losing them one by one. Take the criticism seriously because it’s coming from a lot of different angles. Parents, players, spouses, the ones who support the business you are running for the public, are...

Wow... I was just about test m so up for one of the programs but after taking time to read through the reviews .. and then the replies.. talk about ruining business smh.. Google should allow the reviewer to also reply because this owner or whoever is running the social media... Is absolutely ridiculous...and clearly blind and deaf .. everyone comes off respectful and just giving constructive criticism and yet you without batting an eye, make excuses or totally disregard YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS. With this attitude, you will absolutely run this business even further into the ground... Instead of charging parents, you simply get a stamp and mark the hands... No stamp you get kicked out . Or something like that... If it's just for " security" ... Y'all are trying to squeeze every dollar you can and we get it, inflation sucks... But what's worst is not having a business. The money must not be going into maintenance by the sound of it... Such a bummer..maybe reevaluate it and make some adjustments.. people want to continue to use the facility.. but it's being poorly operated. And that will...

The facility is fine, it’s a sports facility so I don’t think you can expect it to be sparkling clean and the front desk people and gentleman who signed us up have always been very nice and were accommodating. My issue is the value of the classes - both of my sons are in soccer programs. The older one is in basketball as well. There is a stark contrast between the two…at my son’s basketball program here, they are very involved, coaching, and spend the entire class drilling/playing skill building games. we have been really disappointed in the soccer program. The first week a young girl was running the class and she was very energetic and involved, the next week and since then the “regular” teacher has been there. She spends a large portion of the class sitting down drinking Dunkin’ Donuts, the class starts late and ends early, and they do the exact same things every single week, going through the motions it seems. We had the intentions of having them continue to go to these but will discontinue the soccer program unless it...
