Mr Grill — Restaurant in Pottstown

Alright, so I rolled up to Mr. Grill, right? I'm jacked for some halal lamb over rice, you know how it is. That gyro over rice hit the table at home, and the flavors, I ain't gonna lie, they were doin' somethin'. Like a little party in my mouth, you dig? Portion size? Eh, it was alright, didn't leave me feelin' like I wrestled a bear for it, but didn't leave me hungry neither. Overall, good stuff. Get it!

Now, here's my critique. My food? It was like that lukewarm at best. Not hot, just... there. And the hot sauce? Man, they must've used Tabasco, it wasn’t bad just not hot. See, I'm used to holdin' these halal spots up against this food truck in Norristown, this legendary chariot of lamb. That spot? Bigger portions, cheaper, and they bring the heat like a dragon breathin' on a marshmallow. So, Mr. Grill, you got some catchin' up to do.

I got ready to walk in and find just another gyro place but that wasn't the case. We were received politely by the owner. My husband ordered the Philly Cheesesteak , I ordered the fish over rice.

The cheesesteak was the best we've had in great while and luckily in the area. We used to travel to other places for one but not anymore. The steal was tender , juicy, roll was fresh. The rice is cooked perfect and the seasoning on the fish was amazing.

Not a lot of places offer fish platters and this good. The Gulab Jamun was perfect to close our lunch. Melt in your mouth Indian " doughnut ". Oh my God! We ordered from here yesterday, PHENOMENAL. We had the beef and chicken over rice, burger,cheesesteak (yes big backtivities lol). Everything was delicious. This has now become my new favorite place to eat from!!!

I ordered on door dash today 7/10, someone stole my order from the app after collecting it for delivery.
