Expertech — Attraction in Lubbock

LONG STORY SHORT I LOVE EXPERTECH!!!

I, unfortunately, have terrible luck with phones and dropped my iPhone 6 and completely shattered the screen. $216 later, I had a phone that was basically brand new. Not cheap, but worth it. A few weeks later I had noticed that my screen was messing up. One half of the screen would be brighter than the other and I could never adjust the brightness. This led to my phone battery dying in about half the time it normally did. Very frustrating. I tried to deal with it as long as I could and went to home (Dallas) for a few weeks, and it continued to get worse. I called Expertech and told them I hadn't planned on going back to Lubbock for a few weeks and asked that if I came in as soon as I got there if they would take a look at my phone. They nicely agreed and said that was perfectly fine.

By time I got back to Lubbock it had been about 6 weeks since my phone was repaired, and the entire screen had gone black, without dropping it or water damage. When I took it in, they completely fixed it for FREE! I couldn't believe it. The guys are so great and I never waited long to get my phone. They completely stand behind their service. If you have the money to spend on these guys, DO NOT HESITATE! And even if its a little out of your price range I highly recommend it, these guys are the best in the LBK.

Unfortunately, my phone is broken again because I slammed it in a car door (again, NOT lucky with phones) so I'll be back to...

First let me be perfectly clear. I know NOTHING about tech. My kids gotmeanipad after bypass surgery. It's been perfect for no more thani use it last week went dark after I set it down for an hour to watch a show. I googled and saw Expertech was open7 days and most issues resolved while you waIT!! NOPE I took it in Oma Saturday they said Monday. No call so on Tuesday I called. They said you sure you dropped off here. Couldn't find it. Put me on hold and found it. Said we still haven't found problem!!! Should be ready Thursday. NOPE I a led said needs new battery I said ok. Can I pick up Friday? They said yes. NOPE. Let's us charge it overnight and I'll give you a call tomorrow (Saturday) to pick up. NOPE. I called Saturday right before closing. Again told can't find it. Found it says we are fixing to close can you pick up Sunday? I just got it. The fix while you wait was 8-9 days to change a battery!!!! I'm CEO of my on business and must say if my service was like that I'd be out of business and rightfully so. I'm really considering blasting out to all my contacts to warn them of this. Couldn't be more disappointed in the service. Most reviews are good so hopefully I was the " one in a hundred" that it was terrible I would...

Wonderful experience. Came to Expertech to get a broken iPhone screen fixed. When I got it back, the color was off and the screen was not very bright. I took it back to them and they replaced it with another screen that had the same issue. There was an issue with the supplier and that particular batch of screens, so they had a new one rush shipped in to replace it for me. Joshua at the 82nd St. store and especially Jace at the Glenna Goodacre store could not have been more helpful or friendly in getting this issue corrected and making sure that my new screen was right and worked like it should. They did everything they could to make this a positive experience and never once complained or acted like it was my issue. I wouldn't trust anyone else with an iPhone fix but these guys. They are awesome...
