ZERO stars if I could! STAFF IS RUDE! THE FOOD IS NOT FRESH!!! Such a horrible experience eating here! We were just visiting Lubbock and wanted to eat Ramen, so tried this. NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE! Rude owner and staff!! ZERO TO NO EFFORT in treating their customers right. Making face and arguing infront of the customer when the request was really simple. And to think they are asking for minimum 20% gratuity. RIDICULOUS!!!! Plus the ramen itself does not taste good. Waste of time and money! We have been to a few ramen restaurants and this was the only place that did not want to separate the toppings from the ramen. I understand every restaurant have their rules but what I was asking was not hard. My son eats ramen with just noodles and broth. So we always ask to separate toppings when we eat out. So we could eat the extra toppings and he eats his noodle and broth. This restaurant is telling me all their ramens are meal prepped with noddles and toppings already. They just add broth. So I asked nicely to not add the broth then I will just separate the toppings and add the broth later on. Then the owner is bringing our food with the ramen all mixed together with the broth. So there is no way my son could eat them. I have the right as a customer to not accept the food if it was not what I requested! And now she tells me that broth could not be separated for dine in orders. So you mean broth is mixed with noodles?? So this is how they meal prep their food? They just reheat it when need to be served? No wonder its not fresh if it was reheated prior to serving! The ramen was not hot as it should be! We can tell that it was reasons on top of reasons! SUCH LIARS! Also telling me they only serve broth separate from noodles if its To go. Like how can a restaurant be this close minded?? And does not even try to cater to customers. Our request was simple, it was not as if the place was busy. There was only a few tables with customer! And they tell me now they dont accept requests because its an inconvenience to ask to separate toppings because if the kitchen was busy but they were not busy!! Literally people are not lined up there! See photo! Nobody was there!!! You can really tell they are lying, coz then one staff said that you can request for a topping to be taken out but not on the side. But does that make sense? Those toppings are paid for included in the price. If you ask to separate it, it should be allowed because if a person in your party eats it then they can have it. Its paid for so we should be able to get it on the side or mixed in the ramen! BEWARE! DONT EVEN DARE TO COME HERE! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS RESTAURANT AND OWNER.

Went to the restaurant back in June 2021, got a bowl of poke and they filled the bowl up (absolutely no complaints about the amount of food I got). However, with their generosity, I was having a hard time mixing the food so I went up to the cashier and ask if I can have an extra empty bowl. Absolutely not. They were just get furious when I ask for an empty bowl and said why buy a small then as for extra bowl to split when I can go ahead and buy a large bowl. Then go on and say if I want an empty bowl, go ahead and pay for a large bowl of food and they won’t put the food in. Fast forward, 2022, went back for poke because not many places here has poke. The portion has reduced significantly and their service proportionally getting worse. Order chicken karaage and barely get any sauce so I ask for some extra sauce and of course they wouldn’t give me any. Not until I ask how much they want to charge to give me a bit extra sauce that is when they are willing to work with me. Hope some new poke place open in Lubbock so I don’t have to come here anymore. The food is decent but they need to work on their customers service.

I’m so delighted that this place opened up. Ramen and Poké are two of my favorite foods, and they are very underrepresented here in Lubbock. I could barely understand the cashier. He was very quiet and that was a little bit of an issue, but he was very nice other than that. It kind of.. irked me that their card reader was set up with preset 20%, 30%, and 40% tip options, though. Who wants to leave a 40% tip for someone who just put in my order? Nobody. I ordered the Cheese Wontons, Tonkotsu Ramen, Thai Iced Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls, and a bowl of Poké. The wontons were sweet and I really liked them. The Ramen was great, but I wish the broth was a little richer. The Thai Tea was great, and the Poké bowl was excellent. I’d love to come back and try more food, or just have the ramen again. It was great.

Just tried for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised. I was interested as soon as I saw Takoyaki on the menu. I got a single order of the Takoyaki and some chicken egg rolls. Overall very good, especially price to quality ratio, clearly you have solid cooks who try to care about authenticity and flavor. I have just one note, the batter, sauce, and toppings of the takoyaki were all phenomenal, my only gripe was the octopus, mine came out very tough, I don't know if it was just a case of it being overcooked, or the simple fact that us being so inland here affected quality, but it at least didn't ruin the experience. I would just suggest mincing your filling in the future, using one large piece of octopus in each like mine unfortunately did no favors for the texture. I think if you just consider that one change as an option and they would be a must have when trying your restaurant. The egg rolls we're also great, nothing major to say about them, the Takoyaki obviously stole my attention being so rare to...
