Update 3: 3 years now and still no apology and no refund or replacement. They are truly not sorry and would rather lose for life a loyal customer rather than simply apologize and make it right. Seems like a terrible business practice to me.
Update 2: Here we are, nearly 2 years later and still no word from the business, no refund, and no replacement for the terrible food they served me. Still telling everybody how awful they are and to avoid them. They could easily have avoided this by just making it right in the first place but they would rather have a formerly loyal customer go around and tell everybody how awful they are for the rest of time than just replace one order they screwed up. No accountability. No customer service. Not a care in the world. Does that sound like the kind of place you want to eat at?
Update: Well, a year has come and gone and they never attempted to make it right or replace the disgusting food they gave me. They'd rather lose a customer for life than own up to a mistake and make it right. (That is, if it even was a mistake. / I'm still not entirely convinced it wasn't malicious.)
Original review: I usually love this place. However, I often get the Last Call pizza. I hate sriracha and I usually don't like it on there but it's not usually very much so I don't mind too, too much. However, tonight, I wanted to fully enjoy my pizza so I ordered it with no sriracha. Instead, they gave me 3 times as much sriracha as I've ever gotten before so it's just completely disgusting. It's everywhere. The crust is covered in it so you have to get it all over your hands just to try to pick up a slice. It seems as if maybe somebody just decided to be a jerk, like they were saying, "Oh, you don't like sriracha? I'll show you." Ugh, what a waste of money. Speaking of wasting money, I also ordered a 20 oz Coke and they gave me a 16.9 oz Coke. Don't you just love getting less than what you pay for? I also asked for napkins and plasticware and they didn't...

The vibe is incredible—think dim, neon-lit cool that's perfect for a late-night study break or a group hangout. The space is inviting, and you'll find plenty of seating. They've got an amazing pizza menu, and the servers/bartenders are super friendly, always ready to serve up something delicious.
Now, let's talk about the pizza. It's truly out of this world. The crust is the star of the show—perfectly crispy yet chewy, holding up to all the generous toppings. I went with the "Meat Blimp" pizza, and it was a flavor explosion. If you want something a bit different, try the "Nuclear" pizza. The combination of spicy pepperoni, jalapeños, and a drizzle of hot honey was a game-changer. Every bite was an adventure.
The location is a huge plus, too. Being so close to campus makes it the ideal spot to grab a quick bite between classes or meet up with friends after a game.
