Radio Lab — Attraction in Lubbock

I have dealt with Radio Lab in the past, but most recently needed a new dryer. When I went in I was told the one I wanted should be in by the end of the month. I agreed as it was only about a week before it was supposed to arrive. Jason called me almost daily to update me on the status of the dryer and would not take payment until it arrived and was delivered. It came in a few days later than expected and was delivered the next morning. Rodney, the delivery person was wonderful and got the dryer installed quickly. I bought a new washer and dryer with Jason at RadioLab from Tennessee in February of 2025. Not only did Jason handle everything with ease but his communication was stellar!

He called me the day of delivery after his team delivered and noticed that an error had been made in my delivery. He fixed it right away and stayed with me until it was complete.

Now it’s August and I just happened to notice that a piece was not connected. I called into Jason and he promptly apologized and quickly schedule an appointment to make sure it’s all correct. That’s going above and beyond.

I’m moving from Lubbock, and my gift to you Lubbock residents is to tell you what a wonderful company Radiolab is to do business with. I have bought kitchen appliances from big box stores here and from Radiolab. Radiolab is BY FAR the best company to do business with in the city! The QUALITY of their products is excellent - they have access to all the major brands. The COST is less than the big box stores. The installers are much BETTER than the other stores!
