Some of the rudest staff I have encountered. Was told several times that are our tickets were being held at the box office but when we went to pick them up the lady wasn't willing to help. All she kept saying was that they weren't there and she couldn't help us, after much back and forth and us telling her several times the name it was purchased under she finally decided to put it into the system and the tickets magically appeared. On another occasion one of the ushers was arguing with us that our seats were not where we sitting so that she could get her friend a better seat. We had to call another usher to confirm that our seats were correct and the first lady was upset and made another gentleman move. We knew it was her friend because she kept coming up to her during the show to check on her. It's unfortunate because a lot of good shows have been scheduled there but they aren't worth...
Read moreI recently visited for the first time and saw a great show. What a nice little gem! PROS: Easy to find Plenty of visible law enforcement Friendly staff Clean Comfortable seating Good sight lines CONS: They had only one person working the t-shirt table (which had the longest line) No formal “lines”, so intermission created a mess in the main lobby between people trying to get food/drinks and people trying to get t-shirts. Bathrooms are not clearly marked (BUT there are bathrooms on the lower/basement level that were a lot less busy). There is NOT ample on street parking (well, not for a Friday night show). Maybe if you arrive 2-3 hours before the event you can find it, but the only open spots I saw were two hour meters. TIP: there are plenty of lot options but they are cash only....

We attended "Wheel of Fortune Live!" here and had an absolute BLAST! Word of caution, these are pretty standard theater seats (both downstairs on the floor and above in the balcony as it is an older theater within the town offices building). Cushioning was good however, if you're over 6' as I am, the seats are a bit cramped; front to back. Did not make it so uncomfortable that I had to leave or sit sideways. During this event, beverages and snacks were available in the lobby and I believe I saw 1 main bar off to the left just before you entered the theater. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced. I would come back for another...
