My friend @ I were playing two Red Hot Rubies in this Casino and when the machine I was playing hit a decent sized pot,the machine blacked out. So we sat there,the employees started swarming around us,and asked us for the correct information,which we provided,and sat there for another hour waiting. And then they said it didn't jackpot and there had to be a hand pay a 1.25 ppl that a dollar and a quarter they couldn't even print no kind of ticket and my friend said it rang forever and they kept turning it off then it's like they had no clue what was going on but waited, 3hrs to get that dollar and quarter!!!! Cheated out of a think it said 2,800 jackpot is what happened.Truth be known (They should honor what I was blessed with-not pull one over our heads and send us home with a dollar and seventy five cents. I don't think that is very good business to do customers this way! ...

It's a very friendly place the staff and security are always very polite and friendly hey work hard and seems that they are pretty hands on while working they always smile and greet u when u go in and when u go out also if u have any questions others any assistance with anything there they do offer to help u when u got cash ur ticket the staff at the front desk always is really nice and is smiling or ask us how our day was or if we need help anything else this place is very fun and the staff is amazing I'd go there again and again as long as they stay the way they are now there hard working dedicated positive staff band security it's a great crew great teamwork makes a great business and that's what they have there. First casino in my life that actually came and told me I had to leave after I lost all my money and started to text back a friend on my phone.told me I had to be actively playing to sit there........I was a bit surprised to say the least considering no casino had ever done that before.and this one being a basic hole in the ground forcing you out the door withing 1 min of losing your money is troubling to say the least.this of all the casinos I have been too is by far the least desirable and most unfriendly of employee service I have seen they honestly just rubbed me the wrong way with that sort of despicable behavior...would not recommend to anyone ever to visit...
