Mad Town Tubing — Attraction in Madison

We have not visited madtown tubing yet but we're looking forward to it this summer season going tubing down the river it'll be almost 9 year old son's very first time and also my wife who will be 41 in September her very first time ever floating or tubing the river. However I myself have done it all my life and enjoy it and I'm very confident that our son and my wife will thoroughly enjoy it. We look forward to having a very good and positive and safe experience with you guys coming up in not too much longer. With all of the business I've seen them have and always packed plus sing the band van that picks you up from your destination. We definitely look forward to coming out this year and making memories, plus enjoying the beautiful water, trees and other beautiful things along our floating experience. Cuz I've heard a lot about them, and how amazing it has been for everyone else.. we've also read up on all of the reviews which seems to be mostly five stars so we definitely look forward to it, very soon. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s definitely rated, & highly recommended. My wife and I went for our anniversary and brought our own tubes. The staff were friendly, and have good advice for new tubers. As for what to expect, you go to the main office, pay, if you have your own tube, you unload them, then you drive to a field to park. They collect your license to know what group is ov the river. From there, they drive you to a river access, unload your tube, and you float for a couple of hours until you arrive back where you parked. An employee is available to help you get out of the river if needed. They give your ID back and you leave at your leisure. I'd recommend them and if the river isn't high, I'd also recommend skipping the weirs at the start. They sounds fun but there is a lot that can snag the tube and just become annoying. Also, it gives you a chance to gain some distance on the other tubers so you can feel more alone...

I recommend you never make a reservation with this company. We made a reservation for the weekend and they canceled because of high water levels (understandable). They sent us a text saying to call them for a refund we called them right after that text and throughout the rest of the day and the next day. We still haven’t heard anything back even after calling over 20 times over the course of 2 days.

We also still haven’t received a refund, it would’ve been nice to use that money to do something else that weekend. Our first trip with them was great but we will never be returning after this.

Update: 2 weeks later we still haven’t received a refund and I’ve been blocked from their facebook.

Over a month now and still nobody has reached out to me to give us a refund. We’ve tried calling again and nobody ever...
