Marshall Boats — Attraction in Madison

Beautiful pontoon, on a beautiful lake!! Recommended!! The staff was super friendly. Our pontoon was new, in great shape! Bluetooth capability sound system was awesome! (You can look up the manual on your smartphone). The water was clean and warm. Not much boat traffic, either. Despite mechanical issues happening later in our rental, it worked out because Bruce showed up in about 10 minutes. We were across the whole lake too, so he got to us quick! We rented kayaks from Marshall Boats a couple of years ago. This was an excellent experience so when we were looking to rent a pontoon boat to celebrate our son's graduation, we immediately checked availability at Marshall Boats' website. The process was easy and quick. Our rental time slot was for later in the afternoon and when the graduation and the aftermath traffic made us miss our reserved start time, the staff at Marshall boats was very understanding and worked with us. On Sunday, 8/15/21, my wife and I rented two single kayaks for a trip along the Mendota shore to the stream through Pheasant Branch Conservancy. It was a very scenic ride with lots off birds, turtles and other nature to enjoy. We had never rented kayaks at this location before but we will do so again because the service was very friendly and helpful in getting us checked in, picking up paddles and life jackets and getting our kayaks.
