Steenbock Memorial Library is a pretty good spot for studying, especially for UW–Madison students. One big convenience is that the bus stop is located right next to the building, making it very accessible.
The library hours are great during the Fall and Spring semesters, but do note that during the summer, it closes early — around 5 PM on weekdays. Inside, there are multiple monitor setups available; you can simply plug in your device and get to work, which is super helpful for productivity.
