Your on your own. Don’t ask for ANYTHING! unless you have a part number. Maybe it’s just me but when I go to a store and speak to a salesman, I expect them to know their products and how they work. I expect that when I describe a problem, they help find a solution and SELL ME the product to fix it. At Webb you may as well have a robot in front of you. Do not ask for opinions, do not ask for ideas, do not ask how a product works or what it’s made of. When you go there, expect to serve yourself with part numbers that you brought with you from your own research online. Expect grunts of disgust when the smallest amount of work is needed to be performed. Expect the most outdated point of sale you have ever seen, short of handwritten receipts. A cash sale requires the guy to walk across the room to the office to get change. Anyone hear of a cash register?
