Guardian Cellars Winery & Tasting Room — Attraction in Maltby

A standout experience at Guardian Cellars! A regular at the restaurant I work at recommended I bring a friend and check out Guardian Cellars where she works. I am so glad we did. While she was at the Woodinville location that day, we were lucky to have Rachel as our host. She was fantastic, knowledgeable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the wines and the story behind the winery. Rachel is a stellar ambassador for Guardian.

We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jerry, and their charming pup Winston, which made the visit even more memorable. Every wine we tasted was exceptional, and I couldn’t leave without picking up two favorites: “Gun Metal” and “Chalk Line.”

Beyond the wine itself, what really stood out was the heart and history behind the brand, while a young company compared to some it is a great one that’s sure to be around for the long hall. The team, the atmosphere, the storytelling, it all adds up to an experience I’ll be recommending to everyone. If you’re exploring the area, there are other wineries nearby, but make sure Guardian is your first stop. You won’t regret it!

Wine tasting with social distancing done with lounge setting in Maltby! The tasting room is generously spaced and wines are very pleasing. Picked up some more Angel for Summer sipping. Great balance on this Sav Blanc! Strong line up with a couple of whites and full body reds. Jerry's wines are premium tasting at good value price point. Your going to want to take some home, really. A nice and safe place to get out...

The wine here is absolutely fantastic. Fun red blends & one of the best rose wines I have ever tasted. I also feel the Newsprint label is great, with the cab franc being a personal favorite.

I typically visit the Hollywood (Woodinville) location as it is closer to other wineries I visit, but it's great to visit...
