Laterus Winery — Attraction in Maltby

A wonder boutique winery in the new Maltby Vault area! The wines are absolutely fantastic. The winemaker Tyler really knows his stuff and what he is doing, oh and did I mention he is a Coug? (GO COUGS!). I am really a big red wine drinker but I have to say the white wines are done SO well, especially the Dry Riesling and Chardonnay, WOW. They are clean, crisp and absolutely delicious! The winery itself is a large space and brand new, plenty of seating. Sadly COVID closed the inside down for now but looking forward to returning one day soon! Tyler REALLY knows how to make amazing tasting wines! We love them all, the reds AND whites which is pretty hard to find imo. Most places specialize in one or the other it seems.
