I would rate Luxury Labels 10 stars if I could, what a wonderful buying/selling experience with them. I first bought a beautiful Chanel scarf from them, brand new, beautiful packaging and great price! Then I decided to consign a Chanel bag with them (fyi their consignment & instant buyout offers were fair and competitive), a few days after I sent in the bag something happened in the family which required me to prepare a chunk of cash asap, their consignment period is 2 months but when I contacted them and explained the situation they allowed me to change to instant buyout offer, and paid me the next day! I placed an order for a “excellent condition” bag. According to the description. When I go back and look at the pictures I see indentations on the inside handle of the bag. I wrote to her and she stated “ “Yes, there are some minor indentations on the inside of the strap which are not visible when worn” when that should have been stated in the description and the buyer can decide if that’s something we want to purchase since she doesn’t accept any returns. Luxury Labels is definitely my number one choice! I have purchased two bags from them about a month ago on two separate occasions where I was able to pick them up for an in-store pick up the next day after I had purchased online. Upon my arrival, I had met Maya (I hope I spelled her name correctly) she is very nice warm and welcoming to her clients. I appreciate all that Luxury Labels has to offer and I will always give them my business.
