AMAZING place that makes me wish we lived closer. We only get to visit once a year when we visit family. We've been once a year for 4-5 years and love it. Last night was our second time attending a concert (the first being 4-5 years ago) and the improvements they've made since then are incredible. This almost hidden gem is the sort of place that makes Vermont special. Their "Hoomoos Zaatar" is world class and unforgettable. But the "Mama Ganoush" and "Green Garlic Basil & Kale Pesto" are close seconds. Their wood fired bakery runs year around. Their own organic seasonal produce often has unusual ingredients such as bok choy and asian greens available. These are lovely generous and welcoming folks....
