Plenty of beds for everybody else n our party of 22. (We rented the cabin as well.) The hot tubs were very enjoyable after days doesn't hiking or walking around the shops in Manitou Springs. Kitchen is well equipped to handle preparing large family meals. Bring extra TP. Some is provided, but our large group went through it pretty quickly. Great time!

Beautiful cabin big enough for our entire family. We made memories that will last our lifetimes. The boys chased lizards, Pa watched the hummingbirds, and most of us tried out the zip line practically in the backyard. There was plenty of fun tourist attractions in the area to keep everyone busy.
