Place was spotless! It's not fancy, but comfortable and super clean which is more important in my book, and you can see the mountains!! Besides that, the location was easily walkable to downtown and a short drive to many local attractions. I decided to take the cog railway up pike's peak, but parking at the depot was expensive. Instead, I was able to walk from the Inn to the neareat bus stop (about 5 minute walk), then hop on the free local transport up to the depot. Very helpful! Back at the room, I loved that you could open the windows and hear Fountain Creek running nearby - added to the relaxation. I had my own minisplit in the room so I could control temperature, and when I heard my neighbor's shower turn on, I didn't have any change in water temperature. The shower head was nice too! The owner was very responsive and friendly, and gave me excellent recommendations when I had questions about the area. They even accommodated me on a special request about parking and I was very well taken care of! The fact that each room has a mini fridge made this even more friendly to budget travel! A microwave or instant hot water pot would have made it even more so, but I was able to pack in cold breakfasts and lunches and only eat out for dinners. Super helpful! The place is located on the 'mainstreet' of the town, so there was a fair amount of Friday night activity and traffic which got a little noisy, but it quieted down well at a reasonable time and the owner provided earplugs just in case. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again and explore the fun and beautiful Manitou Springs...

For the emphasis they put on “cleaning” it really wasn’t all that clean. There was dirt and dust in the corners and it didn’t feel like they’d gone above and beyond like they emphasize in the listing. The heater was loud and made an obnoxious high pitched squeaking sound that kept us up all night. But the worst part of the stay was hands down the owner. The poor employee who they chose to correspond with us through was kind and apologetic for their behavior but the owner was awful. I disclosed that I was traveling with a service dog (which I technically didn’t have to do) and they called to inform me that I would have to switch rooms or pay a $40 “pet fee” despite me explaining that I wasn’t traveling with a pet. The room they forced us to change to was smaller, and was listed for $20 less than the suite we had booked. When asked if I would be refunded the $20 for the downgraded room the owner made up some lie that all rooms were listed at the same price, which was not true. Because it was too late for me to cancel and I had prepaid, we decided to come and at least try to enjoy it. The location was awful, on the outskirts of town, it was over priced and the owners are not ADA compliant. I will NEVER...

Location Location Location! Perfect spot for walking distance to all of the resturants and shops. Very clean and great if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room and just need something simple. My 14 year old daughter and 10 month old daughter and I shared the bed together, no problem. Only thing I would have liked to of seen is a microwave to heat up our small leftovers after taking it out of the mini fridge, however we walked a few minutes down the road to the convenience store to use their microwave a time or two. Here are a few of our favorite places nearby that I hope are helpful…

  1. convenience store for bottled water and snacks - tubby’s turn around
  2. sit down mexican resturant - the loop
  3. breakfast/coffee - red dog coffee
  4. middle eastern food - safarah cafe
  5. burgers/salads/sandwhiches - the Keg
  6. coffee shop - espesso

Nearby attractions we did and REALLY enjoyed…

  1. manitou incline and the Barr trail (free shuttle there and back)
  2. broadmoor the seven falls (Uber)
  3. red rock open space trails (Uber)
  4. all the shopping and stores all within walking distance

Again, this location for the price is definitely worth it! Had a great time with my...

I stayed here for three nights and have zero complaints! The room was very clean with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. A nice Keurig style coffee brewer with 6 pods was also provided along with a variety of sweeteners. The bed was comfortable and not worn out like so many places I've stayed. I was there to climb the Manitou Incline and it was only one mile from the hotel to the base of the trail (A great warm up walk before the climb). Also just a five minute walk to downtown Manitou! I feel like this was a great value for all the reasons listed. I will definitely be staying here on all my future trips to Manitou!

This is definitely a phenomenal place to stay, a honeycomb hideout!!! My trip was cut short because I had to come back home but the few days that I was there everything was amazing! The room was super clean, the scenery was amazing, and I wished that I didn’t have to leave earlier than expected! I spoke with Michelle, I believe that was the owners name, she was really nice and accommodating too! Definitely recommend this place over the other places in the area, I appreciate your hospitality and also helping me get a refund for the extra days too!

Small, cheap motel. 3 children & an adult put into a small full sized bed after I booked a queen with a pull out couch. Pictures are NOT what you get. They are not accommodating. No parking. False advertising, book somewhere else. UPDATE: After a customer is unhappy, one usually corrects their error. As you can see, I have now posted pictures of a toddler on a “queen” and an “abundance” of parking. A few hours must have turned into overnight, there is a total of 5 spots for 8 rooms? Customer service clearly sucks 👎🏽
