University Dining Center — Attraction in Mankato

The food isn’t terrible but the timing of it is. I’m in a class from 11am to 1:50pm. Which happens to be the only time they serve actual lunch (11am-2pm). 2pm-4pm is pretty much being served leftovers from grill or pasta, or sandwiches (the meat is questionable)
