I normally don't leave reviews but this interaction I had was upsetting. I have 3 years of Starbucks experience so I know and understand what it is like to work at a Starbucks.
I ordered an iced matcha with oat milk, vanilla syrup with vanilla cold foam, the man who took my order, raised his eyebrow then laughed at my order. Then I ordered a double smoked bacon with no meat, he proceed to laugh again and raise his eyebrows again. As I am paying, he walks to the person on oven to let her know my order and laughs louder at my food order. At this point, I am shocked by his poor customer service.    Read moreThe staff are really nice and friendly! The only thing is you rarely get what you order. Just know you will probably get a drink made wrong, and if you are a stressed out sleep deprived college student the wrong drink will make you question life and if you’re in the right or the wrong. One time I got a completely different drink than what I orders (ordered a caramel brûlée latte, received a chestnut praline). Typically tho, it’s just something wrong with a drink. Like this time ordered a dragon drink (which is made with coconut milk) and i’m pretty sure the base was made with lemonade. This order made me really think I didn’t know what coconut milk vs....
   Read moreI ordered a blueberry scone. They took my name, and I went to the waiting area and waited. And waited. And waited. While they took orders and made coffee drinks, and called people's names. Meanwhile my scone was sitting in the display case, three feet from the barista. Finally I went over and said "I ordered a blueberry scone. Please move your hand slightly to your left, take it out of the display case, and give it to me." The barista just looked confused, but fortunately the manager overheard and gave me my scone. 28 minutes to get something handed to me out of a display case. And the scone was awful, dry...
