Went ice skating with my daughter. Beautiful park , new playground and a new indoor party room. The only bummer is the building is all locked up. Only access is by permit. You have to rent it to gain access. You can not even use the restrooms. I was under the impression it was a warming house to put gear on for ice skating. That was disappointing but the super disappointment was after putting on my 4yearold daughters skates, pads, and helmet for the first time out in the cold was 5 minutes after we're all suited up and hit the ice. Guess what I hear from my favorite person in the whole universe "Daddy I got to go potty". It was kinda cold, about 15° with proper gear and physical movement we can still break a sweat . So temp was perfect until we were in plastic dark port-a-poty. I absolutely adore my little babygirl ain't no mountain to high ain't no river to wide for I would do for her. Also she's a lot braver then I. Skates back off , trek through 1 foot of snow to the p-a-poty we open the door and she looks at me I look at her. She says Daddy l don't really have to go that bad I will hold it till we leave. I said to her, " Baby I don't blame you at all we'll stop on the way home. Random experience but overall we love the park and...

A newer, super clean park with clean wood chips instead of dirty sand! Located at the intersection of Prosperity and Summer Ave in Maplewood, MN. A great park with a playground where kids can ride a zipline in 2 different ways: a safety locking chair or a round seat. There are water fountains, grills for BBQing, picnic tables under pavilions, and picnic tables under umbrellas. Not only that but there's a lake right next to the park with a walking/bike path. It's truly a great place to take the family for some...

The ice rink was well maintained. They had a warming house. The rink had hockey goals so the kiddos could practice. They had an skating area outside of the rink as well, which people were using. My kiddos aren't the biggest, but when the bigger teenagers came, everyone was very attentive, and respectful and made sure to be aware of everyone on the ice. The boys can't wait to go back and skate with friends the...

Loved the playground. We came out on the first nice day of the year and there were plenty of kids. Very accessible. The playground have a ramp feature for wheelchairs to reach almost the top. There are two medium size picnic shelters nearby for gatherings with bbq grills.
