This was the first time in a long time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I order my food, give my card info, & the gal from Pizza Hut hung up right after I gave my card info.. didn’t say nothing. Just click! So I call back, & they put me through to the actual store. ( Evidently when you order, it goes to Texas- that’s what I was told) so I tell both people what happened & at this time I’m talking to the store cashier and she assures me that my order was there, but I hadn’t paid for it. I said well the gal( in Texas) took my card info! So I give the store cashier my card info and she says it was declined.. weird, cuz I just got paid. She tells me to check my online banking. I hang up & look up my online banking, and not only was I charged, but twice! So I call back & again put through to the store. She says to bring in my phone and show her. I bring it in, show her, she gets store manager.. the store manager then looks in computer, finds that it was paid on one and then another receipt says owed balance. She tells me she’s sorry and that 2nd charge “should” come off my account in 3-5 days.. otherwise if not I’ll have to contact them, maybe get my bank involved etc.. ok. Then we get home and on top of all that, one of the pizzas were incorrect. No stuffed crust. Really?

After seeing their recent yelp reviews I know it ain’t just me, and yeah the manager women or whoever is straight up a miserable ol rag. I called and was nice and polite at first and would’ve been happy with even an apology but got essentially called a liar. My driver really took a bite out my pizza, feed your damn workers! I wish nothing but the most minor of inconveniences on this man and this locations whole staff the rest of their lives. I hope each and everyone one of them at some point wins a fat ahhh lottery and loses the ticket just as they’re about to go cash it in and I hope it haunts and eats away at their soul thinking of how close they were to the easy life only to have it unfairly taken away at the last second just as I was within a glimpse of pure happiness of delicious hot cheesy pizza only to open that cardboard box of lies and deception. A curse upon them and their next 7 generations to be lactose intolerant to an extreme degree😤

Chianne, I'm not sure if you have any kids but I have 2. I wouldn't want to raise them to scam people out of their hard working money. If you're scamming people, I can't imagine how you're living your life and I can't imagine the decisions you're making in your life. That's probably why you're at pizza hut. Honestly goes a long way hun. I hope you find it in you to have empathy for others and be truthful in life.

1.9 star average?! I'm shocked it is that high. This review is not at all based in the delivery driver. This is based on the management/leadership of the store...or lack there of. Let's start from the beginning. I placed an order online at 8:55. It wasn't until after the order was placed and my card was charged that I find out it is over 2 hours for a delivery time. Really? Is it really that hard to staff and run a pizza joint? It is the coldest day of the year and the first week of the NFL playoffs. Any average general manager would know it is going to be really busy and add additional staff. That's issue one. Huge deal? Not really, I understand the situation and accept it. 20 minutes later I get a phone call from someone ghetto fabulous at the store. Hard to understand the conversation for two reasons. 1. English was obviously a second language after Ebonics. 2. The phone system there sounds like hell. She had to call me back from her cell phone because neither of us could hear over the static in the line. Again frustrating but not a total deal killer. The explain they are out of an item I ordered. Now it's getting frustrating. I order something different and start to wait patiently. The 2 hour window comes and goes. 2.5 hours after my original order and it finally arrives. Now the food is ice cold, the order is wrong and the drinks were forgotten. I could see the delivery driver was having a frustrating night so I decide to try to have a conversation with him. It was obvious that he was going as fast as he could but wasn't having much success. After some chit chat I find out that he is working almost 2 hours after his shift was to be over. I felt for him because he seemed like a nice guy trying to earn his check. I did leave him an almost 40% tip because I could tell he was trying. I can only hope he doesn't have to share the tip with anyone else from the store.

The issue that I have is really with the leadership in the store. How can he/she let this happen? One or two mistakes is understandable but this was way out of line. My suggestion would be to find a general manager who understands the business needs and knows how to staff a store. Adding extra staff for a big delivery weekend would have helped. Having a proper ordering process for menu items would have helped. Having a functional phone system would have helped. Hiring a professional staff would have helped. Getting the order right (quality control) would have helped. Setting the order up properly for delivery would have helped. I am a sales manager for a multi million dollar company so I understand how important customer service is and this experience was a joke. I should have just made a frozen pizza or better yet ordered from dominos. I would suggest bringing on a new leader who understands what it takes to be successful.

I am sure if anyone from the company reads this, I will be insulted by an offer for a free order of breadsticks or a pizza. Not the point. I am not doing this for a financial opportunity, I'm doing it so the public understands what they are getting into. Do NOT order from here unless you want to be grossly disappointed.

Time to find a better staff. Start from the top and work the way down. The world of online food ordering is a competitive place, things like this will only...

December 31, 2023 Dear Pizza, We spent one hour online (on my Birthday December 29, 2023) but were unable to place our order. Just like over the past 10 years. Only problems. Then called your 800 number and they could not help. Then was finally able to reach the Pizza Hut Store where they said that the computer system would not allow them to help us. Can you imagine, employees have no ability, authority, or brains to be able to take care of their customer. They can make no decisions.! It's insanity! Then we spoke to a Supervisor at your 800 number. She could only partially help us. You ruined my Birthday. You have put the machines in charge of our lives. This is beyond disenfranchised. This is complete corporate government control. It is insanity. It is clear that you are only going after the younger generations of lemmings that will live their lives on their phones and just do what they are told. Obey your machines'. Only order what you are allowed to order. No customer service. No help. Just obey and pay our price. And because you would not listen to your customers over the past 20 years. many of your stores are now closed. And even when we pay the expense and spend our time to now drive out of town for an hour to get your pizza, we still can get no help or service. It's sick and evil what you have done! And it ended up that we did not get our extra cheese on our pizza. And our Chicken Wings were a bad joke. So small and puny that they were not even a snack, but an embarrassment!! If you are looking for a trashy, ghetto experience you can definitely count on these guys.

Their customer service sucks in a huge way. If you call them to update an order you will be routed to 10 different people and be on hold for 20 mins, minimum. And by then it's already too late because your order is already there. Lol...

Their drivers are unprofessional, the guy literally begged me to give him an overly generous tip after having to endure what seemed like a nightmare... (It's something about talking to people who stumble over their words that drives me nuts... One of the reps literally asked me how to spell E-A-S-T). Anyways lol who are these people. But yeah. Obviously, he needed a generous tip, he does work at Pizza Hut after all.

But I will say the guy seemed nice enough, so I told him to switch jobs because he looks like a joke... It's the company, not necessarily him... 60% company 40% him.

If it were not for the cheesy crust I'd definitely not even bother with these guys. Again, the entire company and overall customer service experience is a joke.

Again. Did I mention these guys are a tad bit illiterate? Especially over the phone.

Me and my friends are laughing... I can't believe Queen Latifah became a spokesmodel for these people back in the day. This company has a ghetto, trashy brand. What kind of "Queen" are you?

Yes the pizza can be good, but you'd have to be starving for a week. If the customer service sucks and they beg for tips for poor performance... I'd rather eat crow that Pizza...
