I booked a reservation two years ago. They cancelled with no communication. It wasn’t until I was preparing to go that I noticed my reservation was gone. I contacted this business and they said there was a minimum stay requirement and had to cancel but offered ZERO help nor communication. I understand if that is the rule but they ruined my stay as by the time this was done nothing was available. They offered no help at all. Since then I have been spammed with their marking emails and messaged inside the VRBO app non stop. I have unsubscribed, and asked them multiple times to stop messaging me. I contacted VRBO support and they are unable to stop them from messaging me. I would avoid this business completely unless you want no help with bookings and to be bothered for years. The ride out to the Atlantic was less than five minutes and we were also only 10 minutes from 7 mile Bridge to get into the Gulf. The house was great! Well kept and maintained and the pool was warm, which was an added bonus because it was chilly while we were there. The response time from Island Breeze could not have been more accommodating and pleasant for the few little questions we had. We stayed with another couple, but even if we come down with just the two of us, we will definitely contact Island breeze for all of our stays from now on because they were absolutely amazing, responsive and caring. Promptly filled it out and even replied to ask if it was complete via email. No response at all. One week later I noticed my CC was refunded for the stay with ZERO communication. It wasn't until I inquired that they told me there is a 7 night minimum in Marathon and there was a web site glitch. That is fine, but with no warning nor info about this, and only because I saw my CC was refunded did I know. I then had to scramble to find another place for a busy weekend.
